All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
By placing an order it is deemed and constitutes an offer by you to purchase the quantities at the price specified. We reserve the right to accept or reject the offer. Prices and products on the site are current at the time of issue and may change at any time. Availability of products may change from time to time depending on suppliers and therefore availability is not necessarily guaranteed. Please use colours as a guide only as computer resolution and photographs may vary.
We have a secure online portal for payments and your information will not be passed on or used for any marketing material illegally.
You can pay via secure credit card processing, paypal, direct deposit, money order or cheque. Credit card payments are made via a payment gateway provided by Direct One which processes your transaction using the industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption issued by Gate 13 to provide a secure environment for credit card transactions.

All our prices include 10% GST and we will supply you with a tax invoice with your parcel when your order and payment have been approved.
To shop online please print out and follow these simple instructions.
- Choose from our categories of Bedroom, Bathroom, Nursery, Living, Specials, and select from the drop down menu, or click on shop by brand
- For more information on each product click on the image.
- Once you have finished selecting your items, fill in the quantity required and click add to basket. You can review the items in your basket at any time.
- When you have finished shopping click on checkout to confirm your purchases.
- Complete the payment registration as requested (your details are immediately encrypted).
- Confirmation that your order and payment has been received will show on the screen.
- We will email you to confirm that your order has been received and processed within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by email or telephone to confirm that we have received your order.

Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If products are in stock they are normally dispatched within 48hours of order and parcels should arrive within 14 business days for Australian Residents if they are not in stock delivery may be 7 days longer. International residents should allow 21-30 business days. If there are any delays we will email you as we cannot 100% guarantee any delivery times.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia due to their reliability and ability to deliver our parcels to post office boxes. All parcels are sent by registered mail and will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not at home to sign for parcels a card will be left so goods can be collected at a specific post office with proper identification. Alternatively you can arrange with Australia Post for a Safe Drop facility. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
For orders above $500 we offer free postage, all we require is one shipping and billing address.
The House Queen parcels are securely packed to minimize the risk of any damage occurring to products whilst in transit please contact us if your parcel has been damaged.
Our product range varies tremendously in size and we have tried to be as fair as possible with our charges.
We do not stock all our product lines on site and delivery times depend on the efficiency of our wholesalers. We do however process our orders daily and if you require urgent products please email us and we will arrange express post at the appropriate costs to you. If stock is temporarily out of stock or delayed we will email you.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to wrap your products in waterproof and tamperproof packaging and ownership of your products commences once payment has been approved. Responsibility of the products is yours when it departs from our premises and if you have any problems with the delivered products please contact us immediately. The success of our business relies on our attitude towards quality, efficiency and honesty. If you are not satisfied with your product, within 7 days return it by registered postunopened in it’s original packaging, unmarked, unwashed and unused with your proof of purchase. You will be given a refund less $10 for administration costs per item provided we are happy that the parcel is in perfect condition and can be resold.. If you have misplaced your invoice we will exchange your product or offer a gift voucher. Unfortunately original and additional postage charges will not be refunded. Refund requests for any other reason will also attract a $10 per item administration fee per item.

Washing & Drying Bedding
Always wash bedding in a cool/warm machine wash separately before use. This is because your bedding has been handled during manufacture and has been in a store environment and therefore may be dusty.
We recommend washing your bedding separately as garments with buttons or zippers can damage delicate linens in the wash.
Always wash dark colours separately.
We recommend that you allow your washing machine to fill up and begin agitating before you add the washing powder/liquid.
Uneven fading and patchy colour can occur if detergent comes into direct contact with the bedding.
When washing coloured bed linen, to avoid progressive colour fading, please use a detergent designed for coloured fabric.
Do not use a detergent containing brighteners as they can seriously affect the colour of the bedding.
Removed washed bedding promptly from the machine; this helps reduce wrinkling.
To ensure the longevity of your bedding, rotate your sheets with a set in the cupboard, a set on the bed and a set in the wash.
Shaking out your wet bedding and pulling them out while they’re still a little damp with help to minimize wrinkles before drying.
Line drying bedding is ideal, leaving it nearly wrinkle free and smelling fresh.
Tumble drying on a low or medium heat is also suitable, however be sure to remove and fold bedding promptly after drying to minimize creasing.
Do not over-dry your bedding using a dryer setting that is too hot.
Ironing & Storing Bedding
Washing and drying your bedding properly will eliminate many wrinkles.
To make ironing of 100% cotton bedding easier, iron when slightly damp or dampen slightly or use the steam setting on your iron to smooth away creases.
Always iron on the reverse side of any embroidered fabric to prevent damage to the embroidery.
Store bed linen in a cool, dry closet or cupboard and be sure the leave room
for air circulation. Line shelves if they are constructed of unfinished wood as they can eventually stain your linen.
Pulled Threads and Linting Towels
Pulled threads should simply be cut off towels are woven so the threads won’t run.
Cotton is a natural fibre and new towels will shed some loose fibres duing the first few launderings.
